About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, creative, and data-driven Visual Designer and Growth Specialist to bridge the gap between our product interface and our marketing engine. In this role, you will own the entire visual ecosystem of our app—from designing polished UI systems to crafting high-converting social media graphics and short-form video assets. You are part visual storyteller, part interface designer, and completely focused on driving user acquisition and engagement. Core Responsibilities 1.

Social

Media & Content Marketing (50%)

Graphic Production: Design highly engaging static posts, multi-slide carousels, and banners for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Video Creation & Motion: Script, film, and edit high-impact short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) featuring app features, kinetic typography, and user pain points.

Ad Creative: Develop high-converting ad graphics and video hooks for paid social campaigns featuring App Store and Google Play conversion elements.

- UI & Product Visual Design (30%)

UI Maintenance: Partner with product teams to design functional app interfaces, layouts, interactive components, and state changes.

Asset Optimization: Create and update clean app device mockups, scalable vector icons, and real-product UI screens for external use.

App Store Optimization (ASO): Design, test, and maintain visually compelling App Store and Google Play screenshot pages that convert traffic into installs. 3.

Brand





Strategy & Consistency (20%)

Brand Evolution: Scale and maintain our core brand identity (logos, typography, color palettes) consistently across all user-facing digital channels.

Design Systems: Build a unified library of social media and ad templates to ensure rapid, highly scalable creative deployment.

Accessibility: Ensure all brand marketing elements and product UI screens adhere strictly to digital accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 0-2+ years of qualified digital design experience, ideally within a mobile app startup, SaaS company, or tech-focused creative agency.

Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing both interactive UI work (Figma layouts, wireframes, or prototypes) and marketing assets (social media grids, ad creatives, or live video content).

UI/UX Stack: Proficiency in Figma, Canva etc

Creative Stack: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).

Mobile-First Mindset: Deep understanding of mobile UI design trends, device constraints, and modern social media formats.

Communication: Ability to distill complex product functionalities into simple, fast-moving, 3-second visual hooks for social feeds.

AI Skills: Experience in using Chat GPT, Gemini, Grok, Google Flow, Seedance, Eleven Labs and other proficient AI Models
