We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Visa Process Consultant to manage end-to-end visa processing while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end visa processing and immigration case management - Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte)

Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Guide clients regarding documentation requirements, visa procedures, and application timelines.

Prepare and submit visa applications in accordance with embassy, consulate, and immigration authority requirements.

Coordinate with embassies, VFS centres, immigration authorities, and other external agencies whenever required.

Maintain accurate client records, application trackers, and CRM updates.

Monitor application progress and provide timely status updates to clients.

Safeguard client passports, confidential documents, and sensitive information.

Ensure compliance with applicable immigration laws, regulations, and company SOPs.





Coordinate with the Immigration Sales team to ensure smooth case handover.

Support management in process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.

Assist other departments whenever required and perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in immigration or visa processing is preferred.

Strong understanding of visa documentation and application procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good organizational and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
