- Process visa applications for multiple countries.
- Verify and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clients regarding visa documentation and application requirements.
- Schedule visa appointments and manage application timelines.
- Track visa applications and provide timely updates to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest embassy and immigration guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in visa processing.
- Hands-on experience with tourist, business, and student visa applications is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Experience with VFS Global and embassy documentation.
- Knowledge of Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan, or other international visa processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
