Process Consultant – PR & TRV Documentation Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end documentation for Permanent Residency (PR) and Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) applications.

Verify client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with immigration requirements.

Prepare and organize application files, supporting documents, forms, and submission checklists.

Coordinate with clients to obtain pending documents and ensure timely submissions.

Maintain accurate case records and update CRM and internal tracking systems.

Work closely with counsellors and senior process managers to ensure smooth case progression.

Identify documentation gaps and proactively resolve issues before submission.

Stay updated on immigration policies, documentation requirements, and procedural changes for various countries.

Ensure all applications comply with GreenTree Immigration's 404 Error-Free Visa Process and quality standards.

Provide qualified support to clients throughout the documentation process while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.
