We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated Visa Counsellors to join our growing team. You will guide clients through the visa application process, provide accurate information, and help them achieve their travel, study, work, or immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding study, visitor, tourist, work, business, and permanent residency visa options.
- Understand clients' profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status.
- Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and application procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements Freshers





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).

Experienced Candidates

- 1–3+ years of experience as a Visa Counsellor, Immigration Consultant, or Education Counsellor is preferred.
- Good understanding of visa application and documentation processes.
- Strong counselling, sales, and customer relationship skills.
