Role Description The Visa Counselor will provide day-to-day counseling and support to clients seeking study, visitor, work, and immigration visas, ensuring accurate and timely guidance throughout their application journey.

Responsibilities include assessing client profiles, explaining visa options and requirements, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with universities or relevant authorities, and guiding clients through application submission and follow-up. The role involves maintaining detailed records, handling client queries in person and over phone or email, and ensuring compliance with current visa regulations and policies.

The Visa

Counselor will also contribute to outreach activities, such as attending seminars or information sessions,



and supporting the team in delivering high-quality customer service. This is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong client counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to explain complex visa processes clearly and support clients with personalized guidance.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional or international languages is an advantage.

Candidates should possess solid organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and office software skills, including working with documents, spreadsheets, email, and online application portals.

Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and a client-focused approach.

Relevant experience in visa counseling, study abroad consulting, or education/immigration services is preferred; fresh graduates with strong aptitude may also be considered.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, such as Arts, Commerce, Management, or related fields, is desirable; training in counseling or international education is a plus.

Candidates should possess the ability to stay updated with changing visa rules and policies, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
