We are hiring for the International Voice and chat Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls, chats and other electronic communications

Skills Required:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Solid multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Job Details:

- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.

Qualifications:

- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)

Experience:

- 0-3 years.

Age Criteria:

- 18 years to 35 years.

Salary: Voice Salary : 19k to 27k (take-home after deductions)





Chat Salary : 15k (take-home after deductions)

DOJ - 13th July 2026
