Role Overview

- Job Title: Sales Officer / Teller / Gold Loan Officer
- Department: Retail Liabilities
- Location: Field and Open Market

Key Responsibilities

- Find and bring in new customers for bank products.
- Sell credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
- Call leads and set up face-to-face meetings.
- Build and keep good ties with clients.
- Collect client papers for loan or account setup.
- Meet daily and monthly sales goals.
- Gold Appraisal: Test and verify the purity and weight of gold ornaments accurately.
- Loan Processing: Complete KYC, check customer eligibility, and finish documentation quickly.
- Sales & Marketing: Source current gold loan leads through field visits and market outreach.
- Customer Service: Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to clients.




- Compliance & Safety: Maintain safe custody of pledged gold and follow bank audit rules.

Skills and Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in sales (banking or finance is a plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, product and local area knowledge.
- Traits: Target-driven, active, and ready for field work.
