Vigilance officers (VO) primary objective is to ensure a fraud/error free setting by monitoring/auditing the activities of a) Appraiser b) Regional Coordinator and c) Bank Officials with respect to Gold Loan Valuation(s).
Duties and Responsibilities
- VO should visit the Bank Branches under his territory on regular basis but in irregular intervals.
- Branch visit of VO should be in such a way that VO reaches the Branch at start of banking hours in the morning to check the discipline and punctuality of the Appraiser.
