Job Title: Videographer

We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality visual content that showcases the resort, restaurants, events, guest experiences, and brand activities. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and the ability to create engaging content for social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs for the resort and its outlets.

Capture content for weddings, corporate events, conferences, live entertainment, festivals, and special occasions.

Produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and promotional advertisements.

Create cinematic walkthroughs of rooms, banquet halls, restaurants, bars, and outdoor venues.

Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, F&B;, and Operations teams to understand content requirements.

Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and storyboards for campaigns.

Edit videos using professional editing software and ensure timely delivery.

Enhance videos with transitions, graphics, music, subtitles, and colour correction.

Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, drones (if licensed), gimbals, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.

Maintain an organized digital library of photos and videos.

Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding guidelines.

Cover both planned and last-minute events as required.





Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI editing tools, and video production techniques.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of videography, photography, lighting, and composition.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent editing software.

Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones (preferred), and audio equipment.

Excellent storytelling and creative visualization skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of hospitality, food, lifestyle, or event content creation is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Photography, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in videography and content creation.

Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, events, weddings, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.

A solid portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.

Working Hours

11:00 AM to 7:30 PM or as per operational requirements.

Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during special events.
