Role Description The Video Specialist and Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing video and graphic content that supports corporate communication initiatives and digital signage campaigns.

Day-to-day tasks include creating motion graphics, editing video assets, designing visual materials such as banners, infographics, and social media collateral, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines. The position involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate messaging into visually compelling stories,



optimizing content for various digital formats, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms. The specialist will also prepare assets for deployment on the HUB platform and participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance visual communication strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create engaging digital assets for corporate communication.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across video and graphic materials.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design to ensure clarity, readability, and visual consistency in all content.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to plan, storyboard, and produce video content for digital signage, corporate presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and interpret feedback constructively.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Experience with digital signage, corporate communication platforms, or B2B technology environments is an advantage.
