About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer cum Video Editor to join our media and branding team. The ideal candidate will plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, events, and internal communications. This role requires strong visual storytelling ability, technical expertise in videography and editing, and the capability to manage projects from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

- Plan and execute video shoots for corporate videos, promotional campaigns, interviews, social media content, events, and testimonials

- Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, stabilizers, and related production equipment

- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality during shoots

- Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, props, and talent requirements

Video Editing

- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines

- Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, subtitles, music, and sound design

- Create content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites

- Perform color correction and audio enhancement

- Manage file organization, backups, and final exports in required formats

Creative & Collaboration





- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to develop creative concepts

- Suggest innovative video ideas and content trends

- Maintain consistency in visual identity and storytelling style

- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, tools, and social media trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field

- 2 Years of Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor

- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro (optional)

- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, composition, and audio recording

- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is an advantage

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in corporate branding or digital marketing content creation

- Familiarity with social media video trends and short-form content

- Basic photography and graphic design skills

- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous video projects

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
