About The Role

We’re looking for a Video Producer to own our video content end-to-end — strategy, scripting, production,

performance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do:

● Own and grow our YouTube channel and short-form platforms (Reels/Shorts)

● Write sharp, engaging scripts aligned with brand goals

● Deliver visually strong content while optimizing thumbnails, titles, and formats to drive growth.

● Lead content from idea → research → shoot → edit/visualisation → upload → optimization

● Strong editorial vision to transform raw footage into a cohesive, engaging, and high-performing video.

● Analyze performance (CTR, retention, watch time, thumbnails, SEO)

● Be comfortable being the face of the brand when required

● Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and video best practices





● Use AI tools to improve speed, research, ideation, and workflows

Experience & Qualifications:

● Strong YouTube understanding (analytics + thumbnail sense + SEO)

● Scriptwriting & storytelling skills

● Deep understanding of short-form content formats

● Creative thinking with execution capability

● Research-driven content approach

● Comfortable on camera

● Solid communication & collaboration skills

● Interest in personal finance (preferred)

Bonus

● Knows how to shoot (camera, framing, lighting basics)

● Hands-on editing experience (Premiere Pro / Final Cut or similar)
