Role Description The Video Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role involves planning and producing video content for marketing, training, product showcases, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating shoots, setting up equipment and lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and managing post-production tasks such as editing, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.

The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop video concepts, maintain brand consistency, and ensure timely delivery of finished content. The role also includes organizing media assets, optimizing video formats for different platforms,



and continuously improving production workflows.

Qualifications

Strong skills in end-to-end video production, including concept development and project execution.

Hands-on experience with shooting video and operating cameras and related equipment.

Proficiency in post-production workflows, including video editing, color correction, and audio refinement.

Knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor shoots to achieve skilled visual quality.

Ability to work with multimedia content, integrating graphics, text, and audio into cohesive video assets.

Familiarity with industry-standard editing and production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar).

Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand and audience requirements.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams.

Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in corporate, agency, or tech-focused video production is an advantage.
