Epic Solutions runs the full growth pipeline for 20+ YouTube creators: ideas, scripts, editing, SEO, channel management, all of it. Our content reaches 5M+ viewers a month. We're hiring a full-time editor for the Bundi team (hybrid — some work-from-home flexibility) who thinks past transitions and actually understands why a video keeps people watching.
The job, day to day:
- Turning raw footage into a finished cut — trims, transitions, pacing, narrative flow
- Colour grading for consistency and mood
- Motion graphics: intros, lower-thirds, titles
- Adjusting edits based on how the last video actually performed, not just instinct
- Working closely with strategists and creators on concepts
- Hitting deadlines without letting quality slip
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Real colour grading and motion graphics experience
- A feel for pacing and storytelling on YouTube specifically — this is a different skill than editing in general
- Can juggle a few projects at once without dropping the ball
- Communicates well, takes feedback, adjusts
- Film/media/design background is nice to have; portfolio matters more
- Some familiarity with video SEO (thumbnails, metadata, retention) is a plus, not a dealbreaker
You'll need a YouTube editing portfolio to apply — no exceptions.
