Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Pune.

The Video

Editor will assemble, refine, and edit raw video footage into polished deliverables for advertisements, animations, e-learning content, simulations, and social media campaigns. Daily tasks include selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions, effects, and titles, synchronizing audio, and ensuring consistent color, pacing, and narrative flow. The role also involves collaborating with directors, producers, designers, and motion graphics artists to interpret briefs, maintain brand guidelines, and meet project deadlines.

The Video

Editor will contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and optimize content for various platforms and formats.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for a range of commercial and creative projects.





Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and overall image quality.

Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and animated elements.

Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or similar).

Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and audio-visual sync, with attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Pune, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, or a related field is beneficial; a strong portfolio demonstrating prior work is required.
