Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video post-production, including assembling raw footage, trimming clips, and creating polished final outputs aligned with project goals and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include editing and color grading video content, adding motion graphics and titles, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and developers to produce video assets for websites, apps, and digital campaigns. The role involves maintaining organized project files, managing asset libraries,



and ensuring consistent visual quality across all deliverables.

Editor will also contribute creative ideas for new formats, participate in planning sessions, and meet production timelines for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to manage the full post-production workflow.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to support engaging digital content.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for web, social media, and mobile applications.
- Attention to detail, robust visual storytelling skills, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional digital teams.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating prior work is essential.
