Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing compelling video content that showcases Hemp Style Exports’ products, production processes, and brand values for marketing and communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing color correction to create polished videos for social media, websites, and presentations.

The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams to develop storyboards, refine visual narratives,



and ensure brand consistency across all video assets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, requiring regular presence at the facility to capture content and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage, pacing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall image quality.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics to support branding, product highlights, and information overlays.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Good understanding of social media formats and best practices for video content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and production teams on-site.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video editing and production.
