Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can produce engaging, professional, and platform-appropriate video content. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro , basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop , and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for video generation, editing, enhancement, and content creation .

The candidate should be able to understand creative briefs, convert raw footage into compelling videos, and maintain visual consistency across different content formats.

Salary: upto 35k in hand.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, educational content, corporate presentations, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, subtitles, graphics, sound effects, background music, and basic animations.
- Perform basic motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Create and edit thumbnails, video assets, overlays, and supporting graphics using Adobe Photoshop.
- Use AI tools for video generation, background removal, voice enhancement, caption generation, video upscaling, object removal, script-to-video creation, and other editing requirements.
- Resize and adapt videos for different formats, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, landscape videos, square posts, and advertisements.
- Perform basic colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronisation, and sound enhancement.
- Understand scripts, storyboards, references, and creative briefs before beginning the editing process.
- Organise project files, raw footage, audio files, graphics, and final exports systematically.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.




- Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within the required timelines.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, AI tools, transitions, effects, and content styles.
- Ensure that all final videos meet the required quality, branding, resolution, and platform specifications.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro .
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects .
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop .
- Experience using AI tools for video generation and editing.
- Understanding of video formats, frame rates, resolutions, codecs, and export settings.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction, sound editing, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Robust visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to select appropriate footage, music, effects, and pacing based on the content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, or certification in Video Editing, Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Previous experience editing social media videos, advertisements, educational videos, corporate videos, or YouTube content.
- Familiarity with AI tools used for video generation, image generation, voiceovers, transcription, captions, upscaling, and post-production.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and social media engagement.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing quality, creativity, and versatility.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant video editing experience preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and practical software knowledge may also apply.
