Video Editor – Personal Brand, YouTube & Performance Ads Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Ahmedabad (Full-time, In-office) About the Role

We're looking for a creative, platform-savvy Video Editor to build the personal brand of Hetansh Desai, Founder of Mediaverse Group and an upcoming author.

This role goes beyond editing videos—you should understand storytelling, audience psychology, hooks, pacing, and retention. You'll create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and Meta advertising campaigns while repurposing existing content into multiple high-performing creatives. Key Responsibilities

Repurpose influencer book reviews, testimonials, and reels into multiple high-impact, curiosity-driven ad creatives.

Identify the strongest moments, expressions, reactions, and statements from raw footage and transform them into compelling short-form videos.

Edit approximately 20–25 Instagram Reels per month for the founder's personal brand.

Edit 10–15-minute YouTube videos with engaging pacing and storytelling.

Create platform-specific edits optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Meta Ads.

Design engaging thumbnails and simple supporting graphics.

Add subtitles, transitions, animations, sound effects, music,



and motion elements that enhance viewer engagement.

Stay updated with the latest editing trends, platform best practices, and content formats. What We're Looking For

1–3 years of professional video editing experience.

Robust understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube content, and Meta performance ad creatives.

Ability to repurpose a single piece of content into multiple unique and engaging videos.

Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.

Proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Basic graphic design and thumbnail creation skills.

A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience

Candidates with experience editing content for founders, creators, authors, coaches, influencers, or D2C brands will be preferred.

Portfolio

Requirement A portfolio or showreel showcasing your work in social media content, YouTube videos, or performance marketing creatives is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
