We are building a strong digital presence through educational, engaging and high-quality short-form content. We are looking for a creative and experienced Reel Video Editor who can transform ideas and raw footage into content that captures attention and builds trust.
Role & Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Turn raw footage into professional, high-retention reels.
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects and transitions.
- Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement.
- Create strong hooks and maintain audience retention throughout the video.
- Optimise videos for different social media platforms.
- Maintain an organised project workflow and deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with the founder to bring content ideas to life.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 2+ years of professional video editing experience .
- Has a strong portfolio of social media reels.
- Understands storytelling,
pacing and audience engagement.
- Is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut (Professional).
- Has experience editing business, finance or educational content (preferred).
- Is creative, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Can consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
