Key Responsibilities

- Video Assembly &
- Editing:

Trim, splice, and assemble raw video footage into a cohesive, captivating storyline.

- Audio &

- Sound Design:

Enhance video audio quality, sync audio tracks, select background music, and insert sound effects.

- Color &

- Visual Effects:

Perform color correction/grading and add basic motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and special effects.

- Multi-Format Optimization: Format and export final video deliverables optimized for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, website).

- Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to execute video concepts from script/storyboard to final output.

- File Management: Organize, archive, and manage raw footage and project files systematically.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience as a Video Editor or similar post-production role.

- Portfolio:



A solid portfolio or demo reel demonstrating video editing, pacing, sound design, and creative storytelling skills.

- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, sound mixing, and color grading.

- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines under pressure, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Experience with camera operation, lighting, or basic videography.

- Familiarity with current social media video trends and performance best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
