We are building a strong digital presence through educational, engaging and high-quality short-form content. We are looking for a creative and experienced Reel Video Editor who can transform ideas and raw footage into content that captures attention and builds trust.

Role & Responsibilities

Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Turn raw footage into professional, high-retention reels.

Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects and transitions.

Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement.

Create strong hooks and maintain audience retention throughout the video.

Optimise videos for different social media platforms.

Maintain an organised project workflow and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Collaborate with the founder to bring content ideas to life.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 2+ years of professional video editing experience.

Has a solid portfolio of social media reels.

Understands storytelling,



pacing and audience engagement.

Is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut (Professional).

Has experience editing business, finance or educational content (preferred).

Is creative, detail-oriented and proactive.

Can consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
