Role Description The Video Editor role at Media Curator is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, applying color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and static graphics as needed. The role involves collaborating with producers, designers, and other team members to refine concepts, maintain consistent visual style, and meet deadlines.

Editor will also optimize video formats for various digital platforms and ensure all deliverables meet technical and quality standards.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to manage and transform raw footage into polished content.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across all projects.

Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create and integrate visual elements that enhance storytelling.

Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).

Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.

Candidates should possess valuable communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively on-site in the Pune Division, and effective time management to handle multiple projects.

Candidates should possess relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field; prior experience in digital media or marketing environments is an advantage.
