We're looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor to become a key part of our content team.

Video Editor (Full-Time)

? Salary

₹30,000 per month (subject to performance and successful completion of the hiring process).

What You'll Be Doing

- Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for social media.
- Transform raw footage into compelling, story-driven videos.
- Add sound design, transitions, colour grading, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the creator and content team to develop engaging content ideas.
- Stay on top of the latest social media trends and editing styles.
- Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

What We're Looking For
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
- Ability to work independently while taking feedback positively.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Portfolio or previous editing work is required.

Hiring Process

? Requirements Before Applying

- Must be available to work full-time .
- Must own or have regular access to a high-performance computer/laptop capable of professional video editing.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection .
- Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software .
- Must have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, colour grading, subtitles, motion graphics, and social media editing styles .
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English .
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced content environment.
- Must be willing to accept feedback and make revisions when required.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work is mandatory.
- Applicants must complete the video editing assessment if shortlisted.
- Previous experience working with content creators, influencers, YouTubers, or social media brands is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for creating engaging content and continuously improving editing skills is essential.
