We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Multimedia Content Creator & Video Editor who can transform news stories into engaging visual content across television, YouTube, websites, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & News Production
Ø Edit daily news bulletins, interviews, panel discussions, special reports, event coverage, and promotional videos.
Ø Create professional video packages for television broadcasts and digital platforms.
Ø Add lower thirds, tickers, transitions, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and motion graphics.
Ø Ensure timely delivery of content for breaking news and scheduled programming.
Ø Maintain high standards of video quality, storytelling, and editorial accuracy.
Graphic Design & News Visuals
Design news graphics, title cards, social media creatives, promotional banners, infographics, and event-related visuals.
Create visually appealing content that aligns with IT PRIME NEWS & TV's brand identity.
Develop graphics for technology, business, startup, and corporate news stories. YouTube Thumbnail Creation
Design engaging and high-performing thumbnails for news videos, interviews, debates, and special features.
Create compelling thumbnail concepts that increase click-through rates and audience engagement.
Social Media
Reels & Shorts
Ø Create and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Ø Repurpose long-form interviews, discussions, and news stories into engaging bite-sized content.
Ø Stay updated with social media trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms.
Digital
Content & Audience Engagement
Ø Collaborate with the Editorial, News Production, Marketing, and Social Media teams.
Ø Optimize visual content for audience growth, engagement, and retention.
Ø Ensure content is tailored for television, mobile, web, and social media consumption.
Ø Support live event coverage, special programs, and digital campaigns.
Required
Qualifications
Ø Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Ø 2–4 years of professional experience in News Channels, Television Media, Digital News Platforms, Broadcast Media, or Content Production.
Ø Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, graphic design, thumbnails, motion graphics, and social media content creation.
Ø Experience handling fast-paced newsroom workflows will be highly preferred. Ø Preferred
