Take a published article, turn it into 3-4 min video - stock footage or AI-generated visuals, AI voiceover, burned-in captions, music. Then do it again, faster. We're building a repeatable pipeline, not one-off showpieces. What you'll do

Cut our articles down into short, punchy video scripts

Source visuals: stock footage/images, AI-generated clips, or clean photo slideshows

Generate and time AI voiceovers so they sound human, not robotic

Add accurate captions, music, transitions, and end cards

Export for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook

Keep the asset library organised and hit weekly output targets without quality sliding Must have

Working command of a desktop editing suite — Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Mobile-first apps (CapCut, VN, InShot) don't count for this role. We need timeline editing, proper audio control, and clean exports.

A showreel or portfolio link. Applications without one won't be reviewed. Personal projects and college work count.

Hands-on with at least one AI voiceover or text-to-video tool — ElevenLabs, Murf, Pictory, InVideo, Runway,
