- Incorporate music, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions that align with our brand tone.
- Maintain consistency in look and feel across all content.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and medical teams to understand briefs and creative direction.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creatively to content ideation.
Media Management
- Organize and archive video assets and manage project files efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and formats across video and social platforms.
Brand Alignment
- Ensure all video outputs reflect the brands visual identity and message.
- Adapt videos for different formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and internal presentations.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and pacing.
- Understanding of video aspect ratios, resolution, and compression for social media.
- A portfolio of edited videos (personal/college projects, YouTube, Instagram, etc)
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Will be required to use your own Laptop
Bonus (Positive to Have): Content Collaboration
- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
