Role Description The Video Editor Intern role at Exlearn Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the production of educational and marketing video content, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, adding transitions, and refining audio and visual elements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with content creators and instructors, applying basic motion graphics, adapting videos for various digital platforms, and ensuring quality and consistency with brand guidelines.

The intern will also assist in organizing media assets, maintaining project files,



and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic camera work, shot planning, and organizing raw footage.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, such as cutting, sequencing, adding transitions, and syncing audio.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to adjust exposure, color balance, and overall visual tone.

Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create straightforward animated elements, titles, and visual assets.

Familiarity with common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar) is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced environment are expected.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are preferred.

Relevant coursework or projects in media, film, design, or related fields are an advantage; portfolio or sample work is encouraged.
