Role Description In this full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Noida, the team member will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content that supports technical storytelling for DevTools and infrastructure products. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, refining video structure, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Editor will collaborate closely with content strategists, developers, and designers to plan video narratives,



maintain brand consistency, and align content with target developer audiences. The role also involves optimizing videos for various digital platforms, managing media assets, and ensuring timely delivery of content for campaigns, tutorials, and product explainers.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating clear, engaging explainer and tutorial videos.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and quality across all content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support technical storytelling and enhance viewer understanding.
- Hands-on experience with professional editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- Understanding of digital content formats and best practices for distribution on platforms such as YouTube, social media, and community sites.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work within brand guidelines, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical team members.
- Prior experience creating content for technology, developer tools, or infrastructure products is a plus.
- Formal education in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if supported by a solid portfolio.
