Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Durgapur.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video production, from organizing raw footage to assembling, trimming, and sequencing clips for various digital platforms. Daily tasks include editing video content to match brand guidelines, adding motion graphics and basic visual effects, and performing color correction and grading to ensure high-quality output. The role involves close collaboration with designers, marketers, and content teams to develop video concepts, adapt assets for social media and ads, and optimize content for engagement.





The Video

Editor will also maintain an organized asset library, stay updated on video trends, and support the creation of new formats such as reels, product demos, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, including experience with industry-standard editing software.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic visual enhancement to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals.

Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics capabilities to create compelling intros, lower-thirds, overlays, and social-ready assets.

Candidates should possess an understanding of storytelling, pacing, and sound synchronization for digital and social media content.

Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or agency environments is beneficial.

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms is preferred.

A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing and motion graphics work is required.
