What You'll Do

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, and client campaigns (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, paid social creative)

- Collaborate with our strategy and design team to bring campaign concepts to life

- Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color grading to elevate storytelling

- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different client accounts

- Stay on top of platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and bring fresh creative ideas to the table

- Organize and maintain project files, footage libraries, and version control

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year Video editing experience

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve

- Solid sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm

- Experience editing for paid social/performance marketing is a big plus

- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
- A portfolio or reel that shows range (brand content, ads, social-first edits)

- Bonus: basic motion graphics/animation skills, sound design experience
