We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for editing educational talking-head videos, short-form content, and high-performing ad creatives that align with our brand and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, online course content, and performance marketing ad creatives.

Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos.

Create motion graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and other visual enhancements.

Utilize AI tools for video editing, image generation, voiceovers, and creative workflows.

Collaborate with the content, creative, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content.

Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency and are delivered within deadlines. Requirements

3–5 years of skilled video editing experience.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects or similar tools.





Experience editing talking-head videos for YouTube, courses, and social media.

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and social media trends.

Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.

Hands-on experience with AI-powered editing tools is preferred.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Good written and spoken English.

A portfolio showcasing your best YouTube videos, short-form content, and motion graphics is mandatory. Preferred

Experience working with creators, coaches, EdTech, or personal brands.

Experience editing high-converting Meta and YouTube ad creatives.

Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.

Knowledge of color grading and audio enhancement. How to Apply
