We are looking for a passionate and creative Associate Creative Editor who is excited about storytelling, visual craft, and pushing creative boundaries through editing.
This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong foundation in editing and is ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and constantly looking for fresh ways to bring ideas to life through pacing, rhythm, transitions, sound, and visual storytelling.
If you enjoy experimenting, solving creative challenges, and turning good footage into great content, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do:
Edit AI commercials, AI branded content, AI social media content, AI digital films.
Transform Gen AI footage into engaging and visually compelling stories.
Contribute creative ideas and editing approaches during the post-production process.
Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Motion Designers, VFX Artists, and Senior Editors.
Experiment with pacing, transitions, sound design, graphics, and visual treatments to enhance storytelling.
Support the development of innovative editing styles and techniques across projects.
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining high creative standards.
Stay updated on emerging editing trends, tools, AI workflows, and content formats. What We are Looking For:
Creative Excellence
3-4 years of professional editing experience in advertising, production houses, creative agencies, or content studios.
Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for visual detail.
Ability to create engaging, polished, and creatively driven edits.
Passion for exploring new editing techniques and creative approaches.
Understanding of pacing, timing, music integration, and visual narrative.
