Are you obsessed with pet content, up to date on Indian Instagram audio trends, and skilled at turning raw video into high-retention short-form content? We are launching a pet brand looking for a creative Short-Form Video Creator Intern in India to help us build a massive organic presence across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

In this role, you will brainstorm concepts, script, shoot, and edit high-engagement short-form videos featuring pets (dogs and cats).

Crucial Requirement: You must be 100% comfortable around animals, specifically dogs and cats . You will be interacting with, filming, and occasionally handling pets during shoots.

Key Responsibilities

- Create & Edit: Shoot and edit 3–5 high-quality short-form videos per week tailored for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Trend Spotting: Track viral audio, meme formats, and visual trends early across Instagram and YouTube, adapting them quickly for a pet brand.
- On-Set & Content Production: Work with pet talent (dogs/cats) or raw footage to capture authentic, entertaining moments.
- Hooks & Retention: Craft captivating opening hooks, snappy visual pacing, and strong captions to maximize watch time and shareability.
- Analytics Review:



Monitor performance metrics (Reels reach, YouTube retention graphs, shares, and saves) to continuously refine our content strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

- Active Creator/Editor: A portfolio or profile demonstrating robust experience with Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Video Editing: Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or VN Editor.
- Pet Friendly: Genuine comfort interacting with and filming both dogs and cats.
- Algorithm-Native: Clear understanding of how hook timing, audio pairing, and visual pacing drive organic reach on IG and YouTube.
- Fast Execution: Ability to take raw pet footage and turn it into polished, engaging content quickly.
- Generative AI Proficiency: Experience prompting and generating assets with AI tools like Midjourney , Higgsfield , Kling/Runway , or ElevenLabs .
