Bloomeasy builds software that helps people use their phones less. Our app FreeInFive blocks the apps that eat your day — and to get back in, you either sit through a breathing pause or earn your scroll (10 push-ups buys 5 minutes). We're small, bootstrapped, and moving fast.

This is a hands-on production role, and the three parts are not equal: roughly 70% making the content, 10% publishing it, and 20% being our first point of contact with creators. Making the content is the job. You'll use AI heavily — video generation, image generation, voice, face/character consistency, editing — and we expect you to know or rapidly learn the tools.

How to apply: skip the cover letter. Send us one video you made — 15 to 30 seconds, hook in the first second, made with AI tools, your phone, or both (bonus points if you make one for FreeInFive). Add two lines: what you were trying to make someone feel in the first 0–3 seconds and why, and which AI tools you used. Optionally, links to any accounts you've run with follower/view numbers. What You'll Do

- Make the content (~70% of your week): produce short-form video daily — this is the job
- AI-persona content: generate, direct, and edit a creator-style AI character who goes through her day and talks about her phone, her focus, and her habits
- Mechanic demos: real screen recordings of the app plus a real person doing the push-ups — raw beats polished here
- Trend adaptations: live in TikTok/Reels, spot a format that's working this week, and rebuild it for us within a day or two
- Ad cut-downs: recut the best-performing organic pieces as paid ads — same production line, second use
- Publish it (~10%): post to Instagram / X / Facebook, write the caption,



pick the sound, and reply to comments in the first hour — every day
- Influencers (~20%): be Bloomeasy's first point of contact when an interesting creator replies, then keep deals moving until they're signed and shipped (we back you on negotiation and money — you own the relationship)

Who We're Looking For

- You've made short-form video people actually watched — show us the numbers, however small. A personal or a friend's account counts; course projects don't
- You're genuinely fast with AI video/image tools — or can prove you pick up new tools in days, not months
- You ship daily without being chased. This role is remote and largely unsupervised
- You've felt the doomscroll problem yourself
- Bonus: you already have a creator network, you've run an anonymous/faceless account, or you've negotiated a brand deal before (even a tiny one)

- ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 INR per month, based on commitment level and what you show us
