Educational Qualification (Mandatory) - B.E./B.Tech from IIT/NIT/NIIT or any Engineering Graduate with a PG degree from IIM.

This is a strategic leadership position with end-to-end ownership of the India Technology organization, leading a team of 1000+ technology professionals across Engineering, IT Operations, and Security. As a key member of the Global Technology Leadership Team, you will drive technology execution, operational excellence, AI-led transformation, and organizational growth while partnering closely with global business and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and scale a large India-based technology organization (1000+ professionals).
- Drive engineering excellence, delivery predictability, operational stability, and execution rigor.
- Own technology operations across Engineering, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security.
- Lead enterprise-wide AI/GenAI adoption across engineering, SDLC, IT operations, and delivery.
- Partner with global product, engineering, operations,



and security leaders to execute strategic initiatives.
- Drive governance, compliance, incident management, resiliency, and operational maturity.
- Build strong leadership teams, talent strategy, succession planning, and a high-performance culture.

Must-Have Skills:

- 20+ years of technology leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading large engineering organizations with 1000+ technology professionals.
- Strong background in Software Engineering, SDLC, IT Operations, and Technology Delivery.
- Demonstrated experience driving AI/GenAI transformation with measurable business impact.
- Good understanding of LLMs, AI/ML platforms, automation, and Responsible AI practices.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with executive stakeholders.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Stable career progression is mandatory.
