Vice President – FP&A; (Cost and Consolidation)

Role Summary

VP - Consolidation and Cost Planning serves as the financial architect for the enterprise. You are responsible for ensuring that all business units adhere to standardized reporting and cost-management frameworks. By integrating the "Top-Down" view (Consolidation) with a "Bottom-Up" view (Cost Planning/Efficiency), you will be responsible to provide executive leadership with a transparent view of both the total financial health and the operational levers that drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Consolidation:

- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for operating expenses.

Cost Management & Optimization: ·Develop and implement enterprise-wide cost transparency initiatives.

·Identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiency levers, and structural improvements to optimize margins.

·Analyze complex cost structures and provide actionable insights to business leaders to drive accountability.

Variance & Profitability Analysis:

- Drive rigorous variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) to uncover cost drivers, identify financial risks,



and execute cost transformation strategies.

Leadership & Governance:

- Identify potential risks to strategic plans early and collaborate with business units to implement corrective actions.
- Act as the "financial conscience" for major strategic initiatives, ensuring rigorous accountability across the board.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare high-level financial narratives, dashboards, and presentations for the CFO and Board of Directors.
- Partner with IT/Systems teams to enhance planning tools to ensure data integrity and process automation.

Candidate Profile & Skills

- Executive communication, presence, and the ability to synthesize complex financial data into a compelling narrative for non-finance stakeholders. Strong Integrity & Business Acumen.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of consolidation accounting, financial planning systems, and complex financial modeling.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence across departments and manage complex stakeholder relationships under tight deadlines.
