Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Vice President – Engineering, AI & Product to lead our technology, engineering, AI, and product organizations. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for defining the company's technology roadmap, driving AI innovation, building scalable enterprise products, and leading high-performing engineering teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise product engineering, Generative AI, cloud-native technologies, and large-scale engineering leadership, with a proven ability to transform business ideas into market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the long-term Engineering, AI, and Product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, AI Engineers, Software Developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Data Engineering, and Platform teams.
- Own the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including architecture, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
- Drive the development of AI-powered products leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, NLP, Conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
- Establish engineering best practices across DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud-native development, release governance, reliability, and scalability.




- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and executive leadership to deliver technology-driven business outcomes.
- Lead innovation initiatives, intellectual property (IP) creation, AI accelerators, and commercialization of enterprise products.
- Oversee engineering budgets, resource planning, technology partnerships, and vendor relationships.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning across engineering and product teams.

- Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning
- Python, Java, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, FastAPI
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Vector Databases, MLOps
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Enterprise SaaS Platforms, APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Cloud-native Architecture

Leadership Requirements

- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional engineering and product organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven success in enterprise product development, commercialization, and AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience building high-performance engineering cultures focused on innovation, quality, and customer success.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MCA).
- MBA or Product Management certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 15–20 years of overall experience in software engineering and technology.
- Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership roles managing enterprise engineering and product
