About the Role

As Vice President – Founder's Office, Business Transformation & Global Growth, you will serve as the Founder's closest strategic partner.

Your mission will be to transform ideas into execution, eliminate operational bottlenecks, build scalable systems, develop high-performing teams, strengthen governance, and gradually become capable of independently leading key stakeholders and strategic initiatives.

The Founder should be able to confidently delegate increasing levels of responsibility to you because of your judgment, ownership, integrity, and ability to consistently deliver results.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants to create an impact - not simply manage tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder, convert vision into actionable execution plans.
- Identify business opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
- Build departments from scratch, establish SOPs, workflows,



governance frameworks and reporting systems.
- Protect the Founder's time by resolving operational issues before escalation.
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all matters.
- Support fundraising activities, participate in investor interactions.
- Recruit outstanding talent, build and mentor leadership teams, creating a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Assist in preparing the company for future expansion, corporate restructuring and long-term public market readiness.

### Oversee and coordinate multiple cross functional business including: operations, HR, Recruitment, Client Success, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance coordination, Administration, Compliance , Strategic Projects

Preferred Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years Experience in Chief of Staff, Corporate Leadership or General Management.
- Proficiency in English; additional Indian or international languages are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Compensation

### Probation Period

Performance-based compensation linked to measurable business outcomes and the company's overall net profit generated during the probation period.

### Post Probation

Based on demonstrated leadership, ownership and results, compensation may include:

- Competitive fixed salary
- Performance incentives & leadership growth opportunities
- Long-term wealth creation through ESOPs/equity participation (subject to company policy and performance)

Pay: ₹974,566.28 - ₹2,620,085.29 per year
