- Verify and validate Xilinx software tools and FPGA development flows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and cross-site stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and verification methodologies for new software features.
- Perform end-to-end system validation, including hardware configuration and on-board testing.
- Develop effective test automation environments and maintain high-coverage regression suites.
- Debug failures involving multiple software components, hardware, IPs, simulation, and tool flows.
- Perform root-cause analysis, problem recreation, failure reporting, and verification of fixes.
- Identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation, tracking, and closure.
- Work with software development teams to improve validation methodologies and overall software quality.
- Develop unit-level test cases and automation scripts to ensure quality and reliability of software tools.
- Perform on-board debugging and validation of FPGA-based systems.
