Role Description The Venture Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role involves managing day-to-day operational activities across multiple ventures, including tracking project milestones, coordinating with founders and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of planned initiatives.

Executive will support venture building processes by gathering and analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.





Responsibilities also include assisting with resource allocation, maintaining documentation, supporting cross-functional collaboration between technology, strategy, and marketing teams, and preparing reports for leadership. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic startup ecosystem.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, manage processes, and support venture execution.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and recommend operational improvements.

Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with founders, internal teams, and external partners.

Relevant experience in startup operations, venture building, or management consulting is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and familiarity with project management tools are advantageous.

Knowledge of the Indian startup ecosystem and interest in technology-driven businesses will be a plus.
