Job Title: Verbal Faculty (VARC & English): Visiting / Part-Time Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic visiting Verbal Faculty to deliver on-site classroom sessions for MBA (CAT, XAT, NMAT), IPMAT/BBA and Law (CLAT, AILET) entrance exams prep. This role offers flexible scheduling—ideal for experienced freelancers, or senior educators looking to mentor aspirants on a session-by-session basis. Key Responsibilities
· Classroom Delivery: Conduct teaching modules focusing on Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning, Para-Jumbles, and Grammar & Vocabulary for CAT, CLAT and IPMAT batches.
· Student Doubt Resolution: Provide timely resolution of student doubts through the institute's official Telegram channel, along with scheduled post-session guidance on test-taking strategies.
· Performance Analysis (PTM / STM): Conduct periodic mock test analysis as part of Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and Student-Teacher Meetings (STM) to help students identify weak areas, track progress, and improve accuracy.
· Adherence to Schedule: Maintain punctuality and stick to defined course syllabus deadlines for the scheduled sessions. Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills
· Education:
Graduate or Post-Graduate in English, Literature, Mass Communication, Humanities, Law, or MBA.
· Experience: Prior experience teaching VARC/English for competitive entrance exams preferred. · Personal Exam Credentials (Preferred): Candidates who have themselves appeared for a major entrance exam will be given preference — ones with a 95+ VARC percentile in CAT/XAT, or a solid All India Rank in CLAT/AILET.
· Availability: Ability to commit slots (weekends/weekdays).
· Domain Expertise: Mastery over Reading Comprehension (passage mapping, inference), Critical Reasoning, Vocabulary, and Advanced Grammar rules tailored to CAT/CLAT/IPMAT syllabus patterns.
· Exam-Pattern Awareness: Deep understanding of changing trends in CAT, XAT, IPMAT, CLAT, and AILET syllabus formats.
· Time-Management Strategy: Teaching short-cuts, option-elimination tactics, and question-selection strategies.
· WAT & GD-PI Mentorship: Skill in evaluating and conducting Written Ability Test (WAT) sessions, along with training students for Group Discussions (GD) and conducting mock Personal Interviews (PI) for post-exam shortlist prep. Interested candidates may send their CV to
