Job Title

Vendor Relationship Executive

Experience Required: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of packing materials including pouches, laminated rolls, cartons, labels, corrugated boxes, tapes, and other packaging consumables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Ensure timely availability of packing materials as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, QA, and Finance departments.
- Monitor vendor performance for quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
- Conduct market research for alternate vendors and cost-saving opportunities.




- Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure uninterrupted supplies.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, contracts, and MIS reports.
- Follow procurement policies and documentation procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Supply Chain/Procurement preferred).
- 25 years of experience in packing material procurement.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Spice Manufacturing, or Packaging Industry.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
