We are looking for a Vendor Management Assistant to support our team with vendor coordination, documentation, data entry, and daily administrative activities. Freshers with good communication and basic Excel knowledge are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for routine requirements and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update vendor records and documents.
- Track vendor details, payments, and delivery status.
- Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
- Update data in Excel and other company systems.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate vendor meetings and follow-ups.
- Handle vendor queries and escalate issues when required.
- Support the Vendor Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of procurement or vendor management.
- Good Excel skills.
- Previous internship experience is an advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Work Location: In Person – Vadapalani, Chennai
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
