About the Role

We're looking for a Vectorworks Designer to join our Design team and bring event concepts to life through detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Creative, Production, Project Management, AV, and Fabrication teams to develop accurate, production-ready designs for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and live experiences.

What You'll Do

- Create detailed 2D & 3D drawings using Vectorworks .
- Develop stage layouts, floor plans, seating plans, truss layouts, and technical drawings for live events.
- Prepare production-ready construction drawings, elevations, and sections.
- Collaborate with Creative, Production, AV, and Fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility.




- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with venue standards and technical specifications.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing .
- Strong proficiency in Vectorworks (2D & 3D) .
- Valuable understanding of staging, AV, lighting, rigging, and event production.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Experience with SketchUp, Twinmotion, Cinema 4D, or other rendering tools is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work in UK or US shifts based on project requirements.
