YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a Veeva Vault Quality Support Engineer (m/f/d) to support our team.
The main tasks of the position include:
You ensure the operation of Business critical Veeva Vault applications to keep them audit and inspection ready Close collaboration with international stakeholders within the Business functions Gaining a thorough understanding about the business processes and specific process and data integration requirements to be able to strategically consult, implement, execute and cross-collaborate You guarantee regulatory compliance of the solutions You drive innovation within projects and platform lifecycle management WHO YOU ARE: University degree in science or information technology Experience in IT platform/project/product management and support processes You have a profound knowledge of business processes in Quality GxP expertise is required Veeva Platform (Clinical Operations, RIM, Quality etc.) expertise is required, Veeva certification (Platform, eTMF, RIM etc.) preferred You have proven intercultural and motivational skills to drive and execute tasks Solid communication, proactive workstyle and decision-making skills distinguish you You have a passion to experiment and transfer innovative ideas into real solutions Fluent in English, both written and spoken
