Roles and Responsibilities :

- Write transparent and concise UX copy for product screens, user flows, empty states, error messages, tooltips, notifications, forms, CTAs, confirmation messages, and onboarding journeys.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve content hierarchy, interaction clarity, and overall usability.

- Translate complex product, business, or technical requirements into simple user-facing language.

- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and messaging across different modules and platforms.

- Review existing product copy and identify areas where content can reduce confusion, friction, or support dependency.

- Create and maintain content guidelines, terminology references, and reusable copy patterns.

- Participate in design reviews and provide content-focused feedback on flows, layouts, and microcopy.

- Work with product and compliance teams to ensure critical information is accurate, clear, and aligned with business requirements.

- Support user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis from a content perspective.

- Adapt copy for different user roles, product states, edge cases, and error scenarios.

Job Requirements :

- 2–4 years of experience in UX writing, content design, product writing, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Ability to write simple, direct, and helpful copy for complex product flows.





- Experience writing for web apps, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, fintech products, enterprise tools, or admin dashboards.

- Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Ability to work with Figma or similar design tools.

- Good understanding of microcopy patterns such as CTAs, form labels, validation messages, empty states, alerts, and onboarding copy.

- Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail and consistency.

- Ability to ask the right questions and challenge unclear product logic or confusing user flows.

Good to Have

- Experience working on fintech, banking, payments, compliance, KYC, risk, onboarding, or enterprise SaaS products.

- Understanding of design systems and content systems.

- Experience creating tone of voice guidelines or UX writing standards.

- Basic understanding of user research and usability testing.

- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive writing principles.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Design, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

- Equivalent practical experience in UX writing or product content will also be considered.

Portfolio Requirement

- Candidates should share a portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate UX writing work, product copy, microcopy, before-and-after improvements, or content decisions made for digital products.
