We are looking for a seasoned UX/UI Designer with 7+ years of experience to create intuitive, user-centric, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end design, user research, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing .
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and engaging experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs .
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI standards .
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and other teams .
- Analyze user feedback and data insights to continuously improve product experiences.
- Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, consistency, and responsive design best practices.




- Contribute to design strategy and provide recommendations based on user and business needs.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI projects .
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD .
- Strong knowledge of interaction design, usability principles, and design systems .
- Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design .
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles .
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design initiatives.
