Work Locations: Skillman, NJ, USA | Hyderabad, India ‍Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week Job ID: COG-UXD-265 Role Overview We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer (Intern / Experienced) to help design intuitive, elegant experiences for our enterprise and AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into user-focused designs

Create intuitive and visually consistent UI for web and platform applications

Conduct basic user research and usability testing

Contribute to design systems, UI standards, and component libraries

Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across product interfaces

Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and product requirements





Document design decisions and maintain design guidelines Requirements Educational background in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (Interns or Experienced – minimum 2 years experience)

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and design thinking

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Basic understanding of responsive design principles

Strong attention to detail and visual design sense

Ability to communicate design ideas clearly with cross-functional teams

Portfolio showcasing UX/UI work (academic, personal, or professional projects) Good to Have Understanding of design systems and component-based design

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or frontend frameworks

Experience designing enterprise or SaaS products

Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices

Experience conducting user research or usability testing
